Up in the mountains it's chilly. Very little grass grows up here but there's enough for the herd to make it through the year. The springs found up here provide the freshest waters around and are said to bring back the youth of human and animal alike. Only the strongest can survive the winters here. Most of the horses you'll find in this land come from draft lines.

The valley to the West is nestled in the mountains off away from humans. Filled with lush grasses and a large lake it is the perfect place to start a herd. Just be careful that an avalanche in the winter doesn't ruin your chances at a great life.

Much like the valley to the West, the Southern valley is filled with lush grasses and has a river running through the center of it. There's a forest off in the distance that separates this valley from the human lands. Beware of wildfires in the summer.
